I came in with one goal. Build the creative infrastructure that would let the work speak for itself. Within 90 days I rebuilt the website, took over email design and copy, directed rebrands, and started building the operating infrastructure the agency had never had. Rebranded pitch decks helped land 5 new clients in under 5 months. Key accounts stayed through the transition. Not because I was asked to make that happen. Because that's what the work required.

Email Design & Copywriting
Some clients had lists of 4,000+ subscribers and zero automation. Not a single flow. We rebuilt them from scratch. Templates, copy, sequences, cadence. Those lists now generate profit every month. Email didn't used to be an asset for these clients. Now it is.

The agency needed a foundation. Not a patch. I built one. I designed a complete operating framework. Discovery, creative, execution, optimization. Built to make client success repeatable whether I'm in the room or not. Five documented frameworks. Fully deployable. The goal wasn't to make myself indispensable. Growth & Onboarding Systems
Built onboarding frameworks for new clients, growth playbooks, and the retention system (The Fidelitas Way). The goal: make client success person-proof.
AI Workflow Integration
The team shrunk. The output didn't. I introduced AI-powered workflows that kept creative quality high with fewer people. Product imagery without shoots. High-fidelity mockups without production days. Faster approvals, faster iteration, a fraction of the cost. The work didn't slow down. It accelerated.
CD Prompt Engine
Most CDs direct creative. I build the tools that generate it. The CD Prompt Engine is a custom application I designed and built from scratch. It stores each brand's visual DNA. Color systems, lighting preferences, tone of voice, what to never do. Then it generates structured AI prompts calibrated to that specific brand. The output is production-ready imagery that looks like it came from a three-day shoot with a full crew. It didn't. It took minutes. What used to require a photographer, a studio, and a week of post now happens before lunch. And any agency that gets it will have a creative advantage their competitors won't understand for another two years.
